I read about srinivasa ramanujan (finally!) on wiki, and ironically my biggest concern was his poor health and the cause of his death, amoebiasis. Well, not a shock, for mr ramanujan, since he came from the endemic country. But i must say his early demise is a great loss to the world. Health care must have been a luxury rather than necessity back then. Poor guy, poor the world. He also suffered from tb, and severe vitamin deficiency. 

Looking forward for movie adapting from his biography next year :)
